has anyone used the get rich quick real estate and had success?

has anyone used any of the get rich quick real estate investing plans like robert allan or carlton sheets and have had any success. What about investing in real estate notes or tax liens are those any good.

1. Sure. Have you seen them on the infomercials?
2. Get Rich Quick is a misnomer. Unless your rich uncle dies and leaves you a wad of cash. Go to a site like CreativeInvestor.com and search the opinions on these late night info guys. Great Site with lots of info for anyone that wants to get into Real Estate. You can get most of those 'programs' cheaper on Ebay from all of those 'im gonna get rich quick' people who ordered......read it........stuck it in the closet and are now broker and need some funds for gas money next month.
3. The concepts behind these get rich quick schemes do have some validity. I have made $20,000+ in one day but it took research and a lot of due diligence.
