What is the name of the site that researches "get rich quick" schemes.?

I've been getting alot of those letters that tell you to send a dollar to the top 5 people, etc. Besides the fact that the post office says its illegal, has it EVER worked? Does anyone Know anyone that it worked for? Thanks!
