What would it take to actually have meaningful HealthCare reform in the US and not this get rich quick gimmick?

It is so blatantly obvious that the Insurance Corporations, want their "Get Rich Quick," Health Insurance Law to be passed by Congress and signed into Law by AIG's boy in the Whitehouse. What a shame that Yahoo blocked this question. Maybe it will post on the second page of questions.
